Catrina was very pro-active from beginning to end. I live out-of-state and had tenants who were moving out prior to the sale. Catrina positively worked with the tenants as their lease ended and pre-sale preparations began. Pre-inspections, overseeing installations of a hot water heater, furnace, plumbing issues, deep cleaning, painting and staging my condominium and 'end unit' backyard.
